Supplies needed:

Tube(s) of choice,I am using the awesome work of Ismael Rac,which you can purchase here,do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit is Misfits(FTU)from Kirstys Scraps,here. Thank you for the awesome kit Kirsty,it is just gorgeous!

Font of choice,I am using Kolibri,which you can get here

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 600x600 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste frame 1,resize 10%,magic wand/selections/modify/expand 8

Paste paper 13 under frame layer selections/invert/delete

Paste tube(s)of choice,paste under frame layer. delete/deselect Dropshadow:

Vertical 7

Horizonal 7

Opacity 74

Blur 16

Paste butterfly 1,resize 20%,dropshadow:

Vertical 5

Horizonal 5

Opacity 72

Blur 12

Paste border 2 very bottom/image/free rotate 90*/ resize 20%/ postition to one side/layers/duplicate/image/mirror. same dropshadow

Paste flower 2,resize 45%,same dropshadow.

Paste the lock and key,resize the lock 40%,resize the key 45%.

Dropshadow:

Vertical 7

Horizonal 7

Opacity 63

Blur 11

Same dropshadow to your frame layer

Layers/merge visible/image/resize all layers 20%

Add copyrights

Add name. save.
