Open a 600x600 transparent image,flood fill white.



Paste framePNK as a new layer,resize 20% Grab magicwand,click inside frame/selections/modify/expand 6



Paste paper2 below the frame/invert/delete.



Paste your tube below the frame/delete/deselect.
Dropshadow:
Vertical 8
Horizonal 8
Opacity 94
Blur 18


Copy&paste chokerPNK behind tube,resize 40%,layers/duplicate/mirror//dropshadow
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 70
Blur 11



Bow 6,resize 30%,dropshadow:
Vertical 6
Horizonal 6
Opacity 72
Blur 11



Flower16,resize 50%,layers/duplicate/mirror/same dropshadow as bow.


Glitterbug5,resize 50%,pick tool/rotate to the left/same dropshadow.


Wordart resize 20%/dropshadow:

Blur 15


Add same dropshadow to frame.


Layers/merge all visible/resize 20%


Add copyrights


Add name. Save.
