Font of choice,I am using AL LeanTower here

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open the template from Rachel,shiftD/close the orginal/delete info&bottom gray layers

Highlight the circle frame/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 2 edit/paste into selections/deselect

Repeat the same with the inner frame 4,with the baseball layer,flood fill white

Next is the same with the inner frame3 using the baseball glove,deselect. flood fill the frame layer white.

Going to innerframe2,repeat pasting the baseball bat into selections/deselect/floor fill white

Repeat with inner frame1 with the baseball player,flood fill white.

Flood fill frame1,2,3, and 4. its will colorize the edges,helps to stand out better:)

Hide the circle layer/layers/merge/merge visible/unhide the circle layer

Add dropshadow

Vertical 8

Horizonal 8

Opacity 67

Blur 10

Layers/new raster layer/send to bottom/flood fill white

Paste embelliments-sun/resize 40%

Paste fence/postition on the right/layers/duplicate/image/mirror. then just use your move tool to bring the duplicated fence out to the end of the orginal so it matches up.Merge those 2 layers/dropshadow

Opacity 62

Blur 14

right click on the fence layer/properties/opacity 80

Tree1,resize 15%/postition/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/same dropshadow.

Layers/merge/merge visible/image/resize all layers 10%

Add copyrights

Add name. save.
