-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 700x700 white image.

Paste frame 1,resize 10%,add dropshadow

Vertical 5

Horizonal 5

Opacity 65

Blur 12



Click inside frame with magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 8




Paste paper12 under frame/selections/invert/delete

Paste ther beach layer/position/delete

Paste waves,resize 30%/delete/deselect/same dropshadow.

Paste umbrella/dropshadow.

Paste tube/position/same dropshadow

Paste summer wordart,resize 35%,dropshadow

Vertical 7

Horizonal 7

Opacity 62

Blur 11

Write out Beachy/dropshadow of choice.

Add copyrights/name.

Image/resize all layers 30%,highlight wave layer/layers/duplicate 2 times. Rename them 1,2 and 3.

Highlight wave layer 1 Effects/VM Natural,lightburts-settings:
center x-131
center y-120
frequency-23
ray length1-18
ray lenght 2-36
Click ok

Highlight wave layer 2&3-repeat VM Natural effects,adjusting your numbers alittle smaller or larger.

Close out wave layers 2&3,highlight layer 1/edit/copy merged/open AS,paste as new animation.

Back in PS,close layer 1,unhide layer 2/edit/copy merged/paste in AS after current frame.

Repeat for layer 3.

View your animation,if you want it slowed down,click on edit/select all/animations/frame properties/change to 19/click ok.

If happy save as gif.
