Always A Lady

I am using the awesome work of Bettie Page™/Olivia which you can purchase here,do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit is from Crystal,Always A Lady,that I got at Scrappy Inspriations,which is now closed,but you might be able to find it here. This kit is just beautiful,thank you for sharing :)

Font Mistral,which came with my PSP prgram.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 500x500 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste frame2 click inside it with the magicwand/selections/modify/expand 8

Paste paper 4 under frame layer/invert/delete

Paste your tube below the frame/delete/deselect

Dropshadow

Vertical6

Horizonal 6

Opacity 73

Blur 14

Paste bow,resize 20%,same dropshadow.

Paste butterfly,resize 30%,same dropshadow.

Doodle,paste on the bottom,resize larger 20%/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/same dropshadow.

Flower 1,resize 20%/image/mirror/same dropshadow

Ribbon 2,paste on the bottom behind frame.

Add same dropshadow to the frame layer.

Image/resize all layers 4%/layers/merge all visible.

Save.
