*Mask of choice,I am using Grudge Grid from Cat of Insatiable Dreams here,thank you Cat!

*Font of choice,I am using Copperplate Gothic Bold,came with my psp program.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 600x600 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste frame from the extras1,resize 15%,grab magic wand,click inside both sides of frame/selections/modify/expand 7

Paste paper 3 below the frame layer/selections/invert/delete

Paste your tube below the frame layer/selections/delete/deselect.
Dropshadow on frame and tube layers:

Vertical 8

Horizonal 8

Opacity 62

Blur 11

Paste red heart from the same extras layer,resize 30%,same dropshadow

Paste tassel/rope,resize 33%,same dropshadow

Paste the red heart from the extras 2,resize 32% place over the top of the tassel,erease any tassle peeking over the heart,dropshadow

Horizonal 9

Opacity 76

Blur 15

Paste doodle from extras 2 under the frame layer,postition/layers/duplicate/mirror/same dropshadow.

Paste wings from extras 3 behind the red heart,resize 40%,dropshadow

Paste paper 2 on the very bottom/layers/load mask/fit to canvas/hide all mask/source luminance all checked/invert transparency unchecked/layers/merge group.

Click on the mask layer/properties/opacity 57

Go to Image/resize all layers 20% Layers/merge visible.

Add copyrights

Add name. save.
