*Font of Choice,I am using Copperplate Gothic Bold,came with my psp program.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 600x600 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste pink frame,magicwand inside the frame/selections/modify/expand 4

Paste paper2 under frame layer/selections/invert/delete

Paste tube,delete/deselect.
Dropshadow:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 57
Blur 11

Paste doodle1 right above your background layer/using your move tool/move to the right some/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/image/flip

Paste pink earring/resize 28%/same dropshadow

Paste glitterbug/resize 40%/same dropshadow

Paste pink daisy/resize 47%/layers/duplicate 3 times/postition/same dropshadow

Hide your background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/unhide layer

Now paste your pink frame on the very bottom,right above the background layer/imager/free rotate/right 90*/use move tool,bring to the top of the tag/layers/duplicate/image/flip/merge those 2 layers only
Go to effects/texture effects/mosiac-antique
number of columns/rows 86
Tile diffusion 23
Grout width 10
Grout Diffusion 33
Symentric checked/click ok

Layers/merge/merge visible/image/resize all layers 20%

Add name. save.
