Open a 500x500 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste pink frame, use magicwand inside frame/selections/modify/expand by 4
selections/invert/delete/deselect. dropshadow:

Blur 17

Paste tube/postition/dropshadow:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5

Opacity 64

Blur 14

Paste yellow bird,resize 25%, dropshadow same as tube.

Paste butterfly 9,resize 55%,same dropshadow

Paste yellow flower,resize 55%/layers/duplicate/mirror/dropshadow:

Vertical 4

Horizonal 4

Opacity 60

Blur 14

Repeat with pink flower

Paste bee 1,resize 30/dropshadow the same/layers/duplicate/images/postition

Paste sunflower,resize 40%/postition/dropshadow

Open wordart/copy merged/resize 60%/same dropshadow/postition
