-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 750x600 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste pink&orange butterfly frames,resize both 40%,take your pick tool for the orange frame,adjust it to the same height of the pink frame/right click on the orange frame/merge down.

Magicwand inside frames/selections/modify 8

Paste paper 6 under frame layer/selections/invert/delete

Paste tube/delete/deselect dropshadow

Vertical 8

Horizonal 8

Opacity 78

Blur 11

Paste paper 21,right abvove background layer,apply mask/layers/merge/merge group.

Paste orange/purple pendant,resize 30%,same dropshadow

Paste orange flower clip,resize 53%,same dropshadow

Paste pink&purple butterfly kid,resize 64%,same dropshadow

Paste orange&purple butterfly,resize 50%,use your pick tool,slant the butterfly to the right alittle/postition.

Paste trailing butterfly 2,resize 55%/position/layers/duplicate/mirror/repeat dropshadow. Apply same dropshadow to the frame layer.

Layers/merge/merge visible/image/resize all layers 25%

Add copyrights

Add name/text. Save.
