-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 600x600 transparent image,flood fill white.

Paste pinkframe,click inside the frame with your magicwand,expand 8

Paste paper3 under frame,invert/delete/deselect

Paste tube/postition/dropshadow

Vertical 6

Horizonal 6

Opacity 70

Blur 10

Paste green flower,resize 30%/postition/same dropshadow

Paste pink bow/resize 35%,same dropshadow.

Paste funky flowers 15 on the very bottom/postition on the right/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/merge the 2 layers/dropshadow
Vertical 9

Horizonal 9

Opacity 77

Blur 8

Layers/duplicate/image/free rotate/left 90*

Paste pink sucker,resize 44%,/pick tool/slant to the right some/postition by her hand/eraser/just what is on her hand/makes it look like she is really holding it:) same dropshadow.

Also add the same dropshadow to the frame layer.

Add your text(happybday,name etc.) same dropshadow.

Image/resize all layers 20%/layers/merge/merge visible

Add copyrights

Add name. save.
