Template of choice,I am using Sixxbug template 2 from Creative Misfits Creations here. Thank you Sixxbug!!

Animation Shop

Font of choice,I am using Showtime here.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Dropshadow for tut:

Vertical 5

Horizonal 5

Opacity 71

Blur 10

Open template/delete credit layer.

Highlight raster1 layer/flood fill white.

Highlight circle2/selections/select all/float/defloat/flood fill with color of choice,I am using #ff0b72/selections/select none.

Repeat with cirlce 4 and dot line layers/circle 1 and 3 we are leaving white.

Paste tube/position/dropshadow.

Image/resize all layers 14%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Highlight bad kitty layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename k1,k2 and k3.

　
Highlight k1 layer/adjust/add remove noise/add noise:

Random checked
Noise 48%
Monochrome checked

Repeat with frame layer 2/changing the noise % to 49/and layer 3 to 50%/selections/select none.

Hide layer k2 and k3 frames/highlight layer k1 /edit/copy merged/take to animation shop/paste as a new animation.

Go back to psp/hide layer k1/unhide layer k2/edit/copy merged/take to animation shop/paste after current frame.

Repeat with frame layer k3.

Save as gif.
