2 fonts of choice,I am using Chic Decay here and Abbeyline here.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a new 600x700 white image.

Paste grunge frame/resize 33%/click insdie frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste blackmetal1 paper below frame layer/resize 60%/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow:

Vertical 8
Horizonal 8
Opacity 43
Blur 5

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/same dropshadow.

Paste copper ball chain below merged layers/resize 15%.

Repeat with stud accent.

Paste black crow/resize 35%/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 55
Blur 6

Paste enamel dribble/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate/position/same dropshadow.

Paste heart 4/reszie 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate/position/same dropshadow.

Repeat with heart 3.

Paste winged skull/resize 50%/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 6
Horizonal 6
Opacity 68
Blur 7

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Resize all layers 22%.

Save.
