Mask of choice,I am using mask 192 from Insatiable Dreams here.

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 63
Blur 6

Open mask,minimize.

Open a new 600wx700h white image.

Paste black square frame/image/free rotate to the left 90*/resize 15%/click inside the frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 7.

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube/close up/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow/right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste paper 5 below merged layers/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group.

Paste hearts on a string below frame layer/resize 25%/image/free rotate to the right 90*/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/dropshadow to both layers.

Moving up top/paste hanging heart/resize 30%/position/dropshadow.

Paste heart with ribbon and bow/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Paste beaded heart black/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Paste lock and key/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste bling red/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Paste black bow/resize 50%/using pick tool/adjust to fit better on frame/dropshadow.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Resize all layers 25%.

Save.
