-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open template,delete credit layer.

Highlight raster 1 layer/layers/load save mask/load mask from disc/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group.

Highlight black rect.vertical/effects/textures/blinds/thin vertical/settings:

Width 6
Opacity 20
Light from left/top checked
Color of choice,I used #d560d8
ok

Highlight pink rectangle/click on it with your magicwand/flood fill color of choice,I used #df74ee/deselect.

Repeat this for white frame layer.

Back down to pink circle/flood fill white.

I am leaving the black circle as is.

Highlight black rect.horizonal/repeat blinds effects we used on the rect.vertical layer.

Highlight miss sexy wordart/flood fill with color of choice,I used #f965fd/right click on white frame layer/merge down to black rect.horizonal layer/repeat with black circle down to pink circle and pink rect down to black rect.vertical layer.

Position layers where you would like.

Paste the diamond border and position below the pink circle layer.

Paste any elements you want on your tag.

Paste tube/position/dropshadow of choice.

Layers/new raster layer/right click/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 25%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Save.
