Mask of choice,I am using Vix Mask168 here. Thank you Vix!



Font of choice,I am using Papyrus,came with my psp program.



-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-




Open mask,minimize.

　
Open a new 600x600 white image,paste paper13 as a new layer/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/invert mask data unchecked/ok/layers/merge/merge group.


Using your move tool,move mask layer up and to the left/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/image again/flip/merge those 2 layers.


Paste frame3/resize 30%/hide mask layer/click inside frames using the magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6/paste paper9 under frame layer/selections/invert/delete.


Paste tube as a new layer/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 65
Blur 12
Unhide mask layer


Hide your white background layer/merge all other layers visible/unhide layer/same dropshadow.


Paste bow1 as a new layer/resize 30%/position/dropshadow
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 45
Blur 3


Paste catclipart3 as a new layer/resize 30%/same dropshadow.


Paste flower1 as a new layer/resize 50%/position/layers/duplicate/position/same dropshadow.


Paste safetypin2 as a new layer/resize 50%/position/using your eraser tool,erase some of the pin to where it looks like its going thru the frame/same dropshadow.


Layers/merge/merge visible/image/resize all layers by 10%


Add copyrights/name/save.


For my name I used paper1 for fill/black on foreground.
