Open a new white 600x600 image/paste ribbon frame1 as a new layer/resize 20%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 4.

Paste paper9 below the frame layer/selections/invert/delete.

Paste tube of choice/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow

Vertical 6
Horizonal 6
Opacity 61
Blur 10

Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/same dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste leaf4/position/layers/duplicate/image/mirror.

Paste swirly2/resize 50%/position/layers/duplicate 4 times/position each layer.

Paste bow4/resize 62%/position/dropshadow

Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 55
Blur 8

Paste butterfly2 as a new layer/resize 62%/layers/duplicate/position/same dropshadow.

Paste sunflower as a new layer/resize 65%/position/layers/duplicate/position/same dropshadow.

　
Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 10%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Save.

For my name,I used paper8 for the fill/black on foreground.
