Happy Birthday To You

Scrapkit is "Birthday Sparkles"(PTU) from Natasha at Sticky Kisses Designs. I love this kit,so much color in it!!!

Font of choice,I am using Cermonious Three here

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Dropshadow for entire tut is:
Vertical 7
Horizonal 7
Opacity 50
Blur 6

Paste frame4/resize 35%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand 2/paste paper9 under frame/selections/invert/delete/paste tube/delete/deselect/right click on tube layer/properties/opacity 60.

Paste tube again/positioning opposite of 1st tube/dropshadow.

Paste bow3/resize 50%/position/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/dropshadow.

Paste balloons 1,3&4/repeat the steps from the bow layer.

Paste bow5,repeating same steps/resizing bow by 60%.

Paste presents1&2,resizing 55%/position/dropshadow

Paste button1 on the very bottom/resize 20%/position/dropshadow.

Paste ribbons 3,4&5,resize 20% /position below button layer/dropshadow.

Add copyrights/name.

Layers/merge/merge visible/image/resize all layers by 20%/save.
