-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open a 6o0x600 white image.

Paste frame2/magicwand/click inside/selections/modify/expand by 3

Paste paper5 under frame layer/selections/invert/delete

Paste stone/resize 10%/ layers/duplicate/position/delete/deselect.Dropshadow Vertical 8

Horizonal 8

Opacity 67

Blur 9

Paste tube/position/dropshadow

Vertical 8

Horizonal 8
Opacity 55

Blur 9

Paste dragon1/position/same dropshadow.

Paste deco1 below paper layer,resize larger by 30%

Paste tag1,resize 35%,paste gem of choice/same dropshadow.

Add copyrights/name

Image/resize all layers by 20%

Animation:

Highlight your paper layer/layers/duplicate 2 times,should have 3 total/rename them 1,2&3.

Highlight layer1,effects/eye candy 400/hsb noise

Hue Variation 3

Saturation 21

Brightness 40

Opacity 8

Lump width/height 18

pattern:Smooth Lumps

Random seed 1815

Repeat for layers 2&3 ,hitting random seed once on each layer.

Close layers 2&3/highlight layer 1//edit/copy merged/open AS,paste as new animation/hide layer 1/unhide and highlight layer 2/edit/copy merged/paste after current frame in AS/repeat for layer3.

Save as gif.
