~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Open a new 600x600 white canvas.

Paste frame 6 as a new layer/resize 10%/click inside frame with your magicwand(center only)/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 10 below frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Apply dropshadow to frame only:

Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 46
Blur 4

Paste wings 2 below paper layer/position/right click on layer/properties/change opacity to 70.

Paste diamond rain/position/apply same dropshadow last used.

Paste leaves 4/right click on layer/properties/change opacity to 60.

Paste tube/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 0
Horizonal 5
Opacity 66
Blur 2

Paste cloud 2/layers/duplicate 1 time/position.

Paste flowers 1/right click on layer/properties/change opacity to 50/position.

Paste dove/resize 30%/right click on layer/properties/change opacity to 80/position.

Image/resize all layers 17%.

Delete white background layer(optional).

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save as png,jpg,etc.
