Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 42
Blur 4

Open a new 600x600 transparent canvas.

Paste frame 4/rotate to right 15 degrees/click inside frame with magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6/paste paper 2 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

　
Paste frame 3/resize 3%/click insdie frame with magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6/paste paper 1 below frame layer/resize 25%/edit/repeat resize/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

　
Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

-Paste/position as follows-

Doodle 1/resize 15%/duplicate

Repeat with doodle 2

Bow 7/resize 60%/duplicate

Repeat with bow 8

Flower 1/resize 50%/duplicate

Repeat with flower 2

Butterfly 3/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize/duplicate

Ribbon 3/resize 60%/duplicate 2 times

Image/resize all layers 18%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Apply dropshadow.

Save.
