Mask of choice,I am using AquaRebel's mask 49 here.

Font of choice,I am using Summetime here.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open mask,minimize.

Open element(frame)/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/resize frame 25%/layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/move down/paste paper 15/right click/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group.

Layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Paste element 6/resize 50%/position/dropshadow of choice(use this for entire tut).

Repeat with element 9.

Repeat with element 17.

Paste element 12/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Paste element 29%resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/dup0licate/position/dropshadow.

Paste element 36/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste tube of choice/position/dropsshadow.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Resize all layers 8%.

Save.
