DSB Flux/Bright Noise

Font of choice,I used Monotype Corsiva,came with my psp program.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 40
Blur 3

Open a new 550x575 white image/paste frame 3/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 5 below the frame layer/resize 20%/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube of choice/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste frame 6 below merged layers/image/free rotate to the left 9 degrees.

Paste glitter 1 /resize 30%/position/repeat with glitter 2.

Moving up top/paste leaves 1/resize 27%/position/dropshadow/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename layers L1,
L2 and L3/we will come back to this later.

Paste bow 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position to the left top frame/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/dropshadow to both layers.

Paste clip 1/resize 50%/image/flip/using pick tool/slant to the left some/position/dropshadow.

Paste knot/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Add copyrights.

Add name(if animating,repeat the dsb flux steps for name).

Image/resize all layers 10%.

　
Highlight L1 layer/effects/dsb flux/bright noise/mixed checked at intensity at 50.

Repeat on L2 layer/intensity at 51.

Repeat on L3 layer/intensity at 52.

Highlight L1 layer/hide 2&3/edit/copy merged.

Take to AS and paste as a new animation.

Back to psp,hide L1,unhide and highlight L2/edit/copy merged/paste in AS after current frame/repeat with L3 layer.

Save as gif.
