-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-



Paste frame3 as a new layer/click inside with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 4/paste paper14 under frame/image/resize paper layer by 23%/selections/invert/delete.


Paste tube /position/delete/right click/properties/opacity 58/right click/merge/merge down with paper layer.


Paste tube again as a new layer/position/delete/deselect/deselect/dropshadow
Vertical 8
Horizonal 8
Opacity 62
Blur 9


Paste rose2/resize 15%/position to the right of your frame/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/dropshadow
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 60
Blur 9


Paste bow2/resize 41%/position/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/same dropshadow.


Paste bling1/resize 55%/position/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/same dropshadow.


Paste heartchain1/resize 20%/position/same dropshadow.


Paste glitterdoodle2 below frame/using picktool/move doodle to the left side of your tag/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/layers/duplicate/image/flip/then layers/duplicate again/mirror.


Right click on copy3 of raster8(last doodle layer?merge/merge down to the orginal doodle layer/same dropshadow.


Add copyrights/name/image/resize all layers by 20%.


Hightlight your paper14 layer/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename them p1,p2 and p3.


Highlight layerp1/selections/select all/float/defloat/effects/ADL Adrenaline/snowflakes/settings:
Amount 30
Size Range Begin 0
Size Range End 20
Hardness 100
Transparency 0
Snow color Basic
Random Seed 1


Repeat on layers p2&p3,clicking on random seed once for each layer.



Highlight layer p1 again/Adjust/blur/motion blur/settings:
Angle 207.00
Strength 40%
Click ok


Repeat on layer p2,changing the strength to 41%
Layerp3 change to 42%
Deselect.



Now to animate:
Highlight the p1 layer/hide p2&p3/edit/copy merged/open AS/paste as a new animation/close p1 layer/unhide and highlight layer p2/edit/copy merged/paste into AS after current frame/repeat with p3 layer/in AS,click on edit/select all/animation/frame properties/change to 25/save as gif.
