Tube/close up of choice,I am using Jamie Kidd,which you can purchase here,do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Template 57 from Sapphy here.

Font is Antipasto here.

~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/delete credit layer.

Highlight bottom rectangle layer/color fill to match your tube,I am using #12c8aa.

Highlight large dotted rectangle/adjust/brightness contrast/click on brightness&contrast again/settings:brightness -200/contrast 100.

Color fill black top rectangle with color of choice/I am using #6a8ca4.

Repeat brightness contrast on blue glitter frame.

Highlight blue rectangle back/color fill using first fill in color we used and brightness&contrast on dotted rectangle.

Color fill side rectangle back and double frame back white/or color of choice.

Color fill blue rectangle with first color/or of choice.

Brightness&contrast on blue&white glitter frame&stars.

On following layers/effects/textures/mosiac antique/grid small:

Bottom rectangle

Black top rectangle

Blue rectangle back

Blue rectangle

Highlight and click on side rectangle back with your magicwand/paste tube as a new layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow of choice(optional).

Right click on tube layer/merge/merge down to blue rectangle back/right click on layer/arrangle/move up top/dropshadow.

Repeat on double frame back/pasting tube only 1 time/right click on blue&white glitter frame/merge/merge down to black top rectangle.

Position wordart/dropshadow.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Paste tube/resize as needed/position/dropshadow.

Delete white background(optional).

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save.
