~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal.

First we will fill in template as follows:

Highlight and click on layer #2 with your magicwand/paste paper 4 as a new layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Repeat on layers 3&4.

Highlight #6 layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 11 into selection(edit)/deselect/dropshadow.

Highlight #7 layer/using your magicwand/click on the black area of the frame/paste paper 1 into selection/deselect/repeat on layer 8&9 frames using same paper.

Highlight and click on center of #7 frame/paste paper 2 into selection/do not deselect.

Paste tube as a new layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Repeat on layer 8.

Repeat on layer 9 using paper 7 and close up.

Hide bg mask layer/layers/merge/merge visible/unhide layer.

Paste star trail below merged layers/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 3 times/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Tree/resize 35%

Snowman/resize 55%

Ribbon bow/resize 50%/image/flip

Ice skates hanging/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize

Flair 3/resize 30%

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
