~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~
Open mask,minimize.
Open a new 550x600 canvas.
Paste frame 2 as a new layer/click inside all squares with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 2.
Paste paper 11 below frame layer/resize 40%/position/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.
Paste your 3 tubes/position/delete/deselect/position/dropshadow:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Horizonal 4
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Paste paper 10 below merged layers/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group.
Paste glitter 2/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time/position.
Repeat with glitter 1.
Paste crown 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow:
Vertical 2
Horizonal 2
Opacity 55
Blur 6
Horizonal 2
Opacity 55
Blur 6
Paste dragonfly 1/resize 53%/position/same dropshadow.
Paaste flower gems 1&2/resize 7%/positiobn/same dropshadow.
Paste love/resize 50%/position/dropshadow:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 34
Blur 4
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 20%.
Save.

I would have liked to do your tut, however after spending 45 minutes searching the site you send us to to get the scraps kit and joining a forum that i didn't necessarily want to or need to it's still nowhere to be found, so i give up. Obviously it's not where you directed us is all I can figure.
Sorry you are having problems getting the kit,but any links I use are given to me by the designer,after that,the designer is responsible to give you access to the kit. if you are still in the forum,ask her how to get the kit. Hopefully you can get it. sorry.
