~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Open a new 600x500 canvas.

Paste frame 3 as a new layer/resize 30%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 15 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube(s)/resize if needed/position/delete/deselect/layers/duplicate/on orginal layer/effects/3d effects/cutout:

Offset-
Vertical 25
Horizonal 25
Color black
Opacity 90
Blur 100
Fill interior unchecked

Highlight copy tube layer/resize smaller 5%/position/right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/resize 10%/dropshadow.

Paste shabby frame 1 below merged layers/resize 15%/dropshadow.

Working below shabby frame layer/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Droplets 2/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Repeat with large splat glitter

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Glitter doodle 1/resize 60%

Sketched skull 2/resize 55%/edit/repeat resize

Skull 1/resize 57%

Bow 2/resize 43%

Bottlecap 6/resize 52%

Repeat with flower 4

Grunge heart 3/resize 70%

Repeat with gun

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 17%.

Save.
