~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice for tut.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete credit layer.

First we are going to fill in all the template layers:

Highlight frame back layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 10 into selection(edit)/deselect.

Repeat for following with dropshadow:

Square 1/paper 8

Square 2/paper 2

Wordart/paper 4

Frame and corners/paper 15

Right click on corners layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste arch below square 1 layer/resize 12%/layers/duplicate/position both layers/dropshadow.

Repeat with branch 2.

Paste tube/resize if needed/position/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Flower vine 1/resize 20%

Flower 4/resize 50%

Candles 1/resize 30%

Repeat with umbrella

Bow 1/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Bat/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times

Cat 2/resize 35%

Image/resize all layers 15%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save.
