-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-
Open mask,minimize.
Open template/shitD/close orginal/delete copyright layer and raster1 layer/layers/new raster layer/send to bottom/flood fill white.
Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/hide layer.
Paste paper6 as a new layer below merged template layers/right click/new mask layer/from image/select your mask/invert mask data unchecked(if you are using mask 5)/ok/layers/merge/merge group/image/resize mask layer 15%/layers/duplicate/position.
Using your magicwand,click on the thin rectangles on the template/paste paper2 as a new layer/resize 20%/selections/invert/delete/deselect.
Repeat for the frame using paper7.
For the center of the template,flood fill white.
Click inside the center with your magicwand/paste tube as a new layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.
On tube layer/effects/photo effects/black&white film/default/ok.
Hide mask layers and background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/unhide layers/dropshadow to template layer:

Opacity 62
Blur 11
Paste the flower as a new layer/resize 67%/layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow.
Paste flower2 as a new layer/resize 67%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow:

Paste tube/position/dropshadow:

Paste nailpolish as a new layer/resize 50%/position/dropshadow:

Add copyrights.
Add name.
Save.
For my name,I used paper5 for fill/black on foreground.
