~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow:

Vertical 2

Horizonal 2

Opacity 31

Blur 2

Canvas size:700x700

Paste round frame as a new layer/resize 50%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/effects/sepia toning/select slight age from dropdown menu/dropshadow:

Vertical -2

Horizonal -2

Opacity 31

Blur 2

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Mask/resize larger 15%

Doodle dots

Bubbles/layers/duplicate 1 time

Frame 2/resize 15%

Flower/resize 75%/layers/duplicate 3 times

Tube/resize 45%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
