~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice

Canvas size:600x600

Paste frame 5 as a new layer/resize 55%/image/free rotate to the right 30 degrees

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6

Paste paper 11 below the frame layer/resize 45%/position/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Paste ele 39/resize 20%/position/delete/do not deselect

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/apply dropshadow to both layers

Right click on the frame/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 10/resize 50%/repeat resize/effects/texture effects/mosiac glass/select default from dropdown menu/ok

Ele 40/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 6/resize 50%/repeat resize

Ele 13/resize 55%

Ele 8/resize 57%

Ele 12/resize 60%

Ele 14/resize 70%

Ele 21/resize 60%/repeat resize

Ele 42/resize 63%

Ele 47/resize 70%/repeat resize

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
