Dropshadow:

Vertical 3

Horizonal 3

Opacity 25

Blur 2

Canvas size:600x600

Paste frame 1 as a new layer/click inside frame using your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6

Paste santa hat paper below frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Paste/position below frame layer:

Snowflake curtain/resize 50%

Ele 6/resize 22%

Ele 3/resize 20%

Folded ribbon

Penguin/resize 70%/deselect/apply dropshadow to last 5 layers

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Spray/resize 25%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 8/resize 55%

Doodle 3/resize 60%

Candy cane with holly/resize 60%

Xmas flower/resize 35%

Flair 3/resize 80%

Holiday cu 10(heart)/resize 80%

Tube

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
