Dropshadow of choice.

Canvas size:600x600

Paste ele 8 as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6

Paste paper 9 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Paste ele 7/position/delete/do not deselect

Paste ele 11/resize 40%/position/delete/do not deselect

Paste ele 33/position/delete/deselect/apply dropshadow to last 3 layers

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/resize 10%/dropshadow

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 1/resize 20%/duplicate 3 times

Ele 10/resize 50%

Ele 31/resize 57%

Ele 43

Ele 29

Tube/resize 60%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
