**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**

Dropshadow:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 30
Blur 2

Open mask,minimize.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete credit layer.

First we are going to fill in the template as follows/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selection/deselect/dropshadow:

Splatter layer/paper 2/layers/duplicate 1 time/position

Frame 1 and 2 backgrounds/paper 7

Frame 1,2 and large frame outlines/leave as is

Frame 1,2 and large frame/paper 2

Large frame bg/paper 9

Brick/paper 11

Rectangle/paper 8

Highlight large frame bg/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste tube as a new
layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Hide splatter layers/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layers.

Paste ele 39 below layers/click inside with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 10 below layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on ele 39 layer/merge/merge down to paper/resize 30%/position/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 5/resize 35%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 12/resize 20%

Ele 2/resize 55%

Ele 32/resize 65%

Ele 25/resize 60%/repeat resize

Ele 37/resize 50%/repeat resize

Repeat with ele 30

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 35%.

Save.
