**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**

Dropshadow:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 34
Blur 2

Canvas size:600x600

Paste ele 9 as a new layer/resize 20%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 2.

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste ele 23/position/delete/deselect.

Right click on your frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 24/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 42/resize 40%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 34/resize 45%/repeat resize

Ele 48/resize 30%

Ele 46/resize 72%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 6/resize 75%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 1/resize 50%/repeat resize

Tube/resize 20%

Ele 3/resize 60%

Ele 10/resize 75%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 17%.

Save.
