Canvas size:700x700

Paste ele 21(double frame)as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 6 below frame layer/resize 30%/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste ele 20 below merged layers/position/dropshadow.

Paste ele 22/resize 20%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 13 below frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 15/resize 50%

Ele 34/resize 40%

Ele 40

Ele 38/resize 45%

Ele 3/resize 70%

Ele 8/resize 52%

Ele 11/resize 48%
