Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 30
Blur 3

Paste ele 21 as a new layer/click insdie frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 7 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube/resize 30%/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/resize 15%/dropshadow.

Paste ele 20 below merged layers/resize 20%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 3 times/position/right click on top ele 20 layer/merge/merge down to orginal ele layer/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/image/flip/resize 10%/dropshadow.

Paste ele 30/resize 50%/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Paste ele 27/resize/50%/image/free rotate to the right 20 degrees/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 5 into selections/deselect/dropshadow.

Click inside hearts with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 4 below layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect/merge 2 both layers.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 9/resize 65%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 26/resize 25%

Repeat with ele 23

Ele 29/resize 48%

Ele 13/resize 55%/image/free rotate to the left 20 degrees

Ele 4/resize 65%

Ele 2/resize 80%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
