~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~
Dropshadow of choice.
Open a new 600x700 canvas.
Paste frame 1 as a new layer/image/rotate to the right 90 degrees/resize 25%.
Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.
Paste paper 6 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.
Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow/position.
Paste mesh below merged layers/position/dropshadow.
Repeat with deco 2.
Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:
Bow 1/resize 17%
Candlestick
Bottles/resize 25%/edit/repeat resize
Charm 2/resize 50%
Heart 1/resize 40%
Gem flower 1/layers/duplicate 3 times
Lorna/resize 65%
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 29%.
Save.
