~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 45
Blur 2

Open a new 700x600 canvas.

Paste frame 3 as a new layer/resize 20%/click inside the frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 15 below frame layer/resize 22%/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on frame/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow/right click on layer/properties/change opacity to 70.

Paste mesh 2/right click on layer/properties/change opacity to 50.

Paste circles below merged layer/position/dropshadow.

Paste frame 1/resize 20%/click inside all squares of frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 18 below frame layer/selections/invetrt/delete/deselect/right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/position/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Button/resize 55%

Guitar charm/resize 60%

Staple 2/resize 63%

Headphones 1/resize 70%

Ipod 3/resize 75%

Music note 3/resize 80%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Repeat with music note 4

Swirl 1

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
