Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 54
Blur 4

Open a new 600x600 canvas.

Paste frame 2 as a new layer/resize 30%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 8.

Paste paper 21 below the frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect/hide bottom raster layer/layers/merge/merge visible/resize 23%/position/dropshadow.

Paste sweet flowers 2 below merged layers/resize 60%/position.

Paste stones/resize 32%/layers/duplicate 1 time/position/dropshadow.

Paste wordart/resize 25%/edit/repeat resize/position with your pick tool/dropshadow.

Paste wall/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with leafs.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Flowerss/resize 35%

Flowerss 2/resize 55%

Repeat with truck.

Paste bear/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

Bow flowers 2/resize 55%/edit/repeat resize

Adeena 3/resize 40%

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 22%.

Save.
