Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 39
Blur 5

　
Open a new 600x600 canvas.

Paste frame 3 as a new layer/resize 20%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 4.

Paste paper 5 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste close up/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Right click on frame/merge/merge down to paper layer/layers/duplicate 2 times/resize bottom 2 layers 30%/resize top layer 25%/position/right click on 2nd layer/merge/merge down to 3rd layer/effects/photo effects/black%white film/select yellow from the dropdown menu/ok/dropshadow to all layers.

Paste below layers/position/dropshadow:

Beads 1&2

Doodle 1&2

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Pendant 2/resize 50%

Safey pin/resize 40%

Dollar bill 2/resize 50%

Make up 2/resize 63%

Repeat with make up 1

Mobile phone/resize 60%

Sunglasses/resize 65%

Bow/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 17%.

Save.
