Template of choice,I am using shamrock template by Vicky at Creative Misfits Creations here.

Font of choice,I am using Carolingia here.

-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-

Open your template/hit shift D to duplicate/close the orginal/delete credit layer/delete layer 6 and shape 1 on template/unhide layer 5.

First we are working on the template/highlight raster 8 layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 3 into selection(under edit)/selections/select none.

Repeat on shape 5 layer using paper 13.

Repeat on circle layer using paper 6.

Repeat on shape 5 copy 3 layer using paper 4.

Repeat on layer 9 using paper 13.

Repeat on shape 6 using same paper(13).

Repeat on shape 2 using paper 5.

Repeat on frame/flood fill color of choice,I am using black.

Dotted overlay leaving as is.

Repeat on shape 4 using paper 1.

Flood fill shape 3 color of choice,I am using black.

Repeat on layer 5/using paper 3.

Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow of choice(use throughtout tut)/unhide layer/image/resize all layers 25%.

Paste leaf doodle 1/resize 60%/edit/repeat 2 times/layers/duplicate/position with pick tool.

Paste heart dangly/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with wordart.

Repeat with pot of gold.

Paste shamrocks/resize 62%/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Paste poser 3/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with poser 2.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Resize all layers 3%.

Save.

Open frame 1/hit shift D/close the orginal/image/canvas size/width 500 and height 600/layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Highlight and click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 10 below frame layer/resize 59%/edit/repeat resize 2 times/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste diamond stars/resize 50%/position /delete/deselect/dropshadow of choice.

Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow of choice/unhide layer.

Paste lace doodle below frame layer/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize 2 times/image/free rotate to the right 90*/position to the right of the frame/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/layers/duplicate that layer/image/flip/layers/duplicate again/image/mirror.

Paste fancy flower/resize 50%/image/free rotate to the left 90*/position to the right with your pick tool/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/layers/duplicate/image/free roate to the right 90*/layers/duplicate/image/flip.

Paste charm 1/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow of choice.

Paste butterfly 2/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with candle 1.

Paste dangly 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize 2 times/position/dropshadow.

Paste flower 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with flower 2.

Paste poser 1/resize 45%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow of choice.

Repeat with poser 2.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Resize all layers 10%.

Save.

Open a new 600x600 white image.

Paste paper 5 as a new layer/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group.

Paste spider web/layers/duplicate/position.

Paste stairs/resize 50%/position/dropshadow of choice.

Paste candle 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 55
Blur 5

Paste book/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize 3 times/image/free rotate 10 degrees to the left/position/same dropshadow.

Repeat with crystal ball/do not rotate.

Repeat with pentagon.

Paste dangly bow/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 36
Blur 3

Paste fire cross/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize 3 times/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename f1,f2 and f3/we will return to these later.

Paste tillam art poser/resize 33%/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 6
Horizonal 6
Opacity 30
Blur 3

Paste heart pin/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize 2 times/position/same dropshadow.

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Highlight f1 layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/effects/eye candy 4000/fire/direction 90*/settings your choice/click on random seed once/denser flames and start from far side checked.

Repeat on f2 layer/click on randon seed 1 time.

Repeat on f3 layer/deselect.

Highlight f1 layer/hide f2&f3 layers.

　
Take to AS and paste as a new animation.

Back to psp,hide f1,unhide and highlight f2/edit/copy merged/paste in AS after current frame/repeat with f3 layer.

Save as gif.
