~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~
Dropshadow of choice.
Open mask,minimize.
Ok,first we are going to create our template:color of choice
Open a new 600x600 canvas.
Using your shapes tool/rectangle/settings:
Create on vector checked
Horizonal&vertical radius 0.00
Line style:solid
Width 15
Anti-alias checked
rest of settings are choice
Foreground&stroke properties(top font color) visible/color of choice
Background&fill properties(bottom color)transparent
Draw out your rectangle desired size/change to raster/position/rename frame.
Change both font colors to match/rectangle shape tool/below frame fill in by drawing out a rectangle larger than frame/convert to raster/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5/highlight solid rec layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect/rename back/effects/texture effects/texture/on texture dropshadow down menu/select your choice of texture/I used brick wall(size 400%).
Hide back layer and highlight raster 1 layer/change both foreground&background to a solid color/using your shapes tool,draw out a rectangle alittle smaller than the frame/convert to raster/effects/texture effects/mosaic-antique/in drop down menu select grid small/ok/resize larger by 17%/unhide back layer.
Right click on your frame layer/merge/merge down to back layer/dropshadow.
On shapes tool/select symmetirc shape/select draw polygon/sides 4/draw out a diamond of desired size&color/convert to raster/effects/texture effects/blinds/drop down menu/select thin horizonal/width 8/opacity 20/color white/horizonal and light from left/top both checked/ok.
Effects/eye candy 400/glass/glass color white/click bevel profile tab/select grooved/ok.
Layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow.
Minimize working canvas and open a new 600x600 canvas/color fill of choice/right click on layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/copy&paste to tag canvas/layers/duplicate 2 times/position.
Using shapes tool/draw out thin rectangle/convert to raster/effects/texture effects/blinds/drop down menu/select thin horizonal/width 8/opacity 20/color white/horizonal and light from left/top both checked/ok/effects/eye candy 400/glass/glass color white/click bevel profile tab/select grooved/ok/position/dropshadow.
Layers/duplicate 1 time/image/mirror/image/resize 30%/position/dropshadow.
Paste tube/position/dropshadow.
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 17%.
Save.
