Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 45
Blur 3

Open a new 600x600 canvas.

Paste heart frame 2/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 4 below frame/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste black glitter blot below merged layers/layers/duplicate 1 time/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with glitter blot 2.

Paste pic frame 1/resize 45%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 12 below frame layer/resize 33%/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Beaded heart/resize 30%

Pink bow 2/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

Glitter doodle 2/resize 55%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

Pink lips/resize 60%

Paste paper below frames layer/selection/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste 2 tubes/position in frames(as I have done)/using eraser tool,erase any tube overlapping into another frame unneeded/deselect/dropshadow.

Hide bottom raster layer/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste glitter 1 below merged layers/layers/duplicate 2 times/position.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Heart pin/resize 60%/edit/repeat resize

Flower 2/resize 50%

Clip 1/resize 45%/edit/repeat resize

Bag of hearts/resize 75%

Flower 5/resize 75%/layers/duplicate 1 time
