Dropshadow of choice.

Canvas size:700x700

Paste frame 1 as a new layer/resize 20%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/resize 30%/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Mask/resize 45%

Leaves/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 2 times

Doodle/resize 60%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Tag/resize 60%

Satin bow/resize 65%

Daisy/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Hearts/resize 65%

Painted flower/resize 80%

Glitter butterfly 1/resize 70%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Tube/resize 30%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.

Paste frame as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/.modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 5 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste tube/if using the same one I am,use your eraser tool to erase any tube overlapping bottom frame/dropshadow(0 on vertical).

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper only/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Tape/resize 60%/layers/duplicate 3 times

Doodle/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Sparkles/layers/duplicate 3 times

Bow 3/resize 73%

Ribbon 1/resize 55%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Flower 1/resize 75%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Tag/resize 65%

Butterfly 2/resize 77%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.

Paste frame 1/resize 17%

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5

Paste paper 4 below frame layer/resize 25%/position/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow:

Vertical -5

Horizonal -5

Opacity 40

Blur 8

Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/apply dropshadow of choice,use for entire tut/unhide layer

Paste snowflake 2 below merged layers/duplicate 1 times/position both layers/dropshadow

Paste doodle 2/layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow

Paste&position following:

Twig/resize 30%/dropshadow

Bells 2/resize 45%/dropshadow

Flower branch/resize 40%/layers/duplicate 1 time/dropshadow

Tree 2/resize 43%/dropshadow

Doe 2/dropshadow

Bow 1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate/dropshadow

Repeat with bird

Delete white background layer

Image/resize all layers 15%

Add copyrights

Add name

Layers/merge/merge visible

Save as png.jpg,etc.

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 58
Blur 5

Open frame 6/image/resize 15%/amke sure all layers is unchecked/layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Paste clock below frame layer/resize 35%/position/dropshadow.

Paste confetti 1 below clock layer/resize 30%.

Repeat with fireworks 3/right click on fireworks layer/merge down to confetti/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename layers 1,2 and 3/we will come back to this later.

Paste doodle 6/layers/duplicate/image/mirror.

Paste balloons 3/resize 40%/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with balloons 1&2.

Paste champagne 1/resize 43%/position/dropshadow.

Paste hat 3/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with wine glass 1.

Repeat with noisemaker 1.

Paste wordart 8/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste poser 2/position/dropshadow.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Resize all layers 15%.

　
Highlight layer 1/adjust/add remove noise/add noise:

Random checked

Noise 47%

Monochrome checked

Repeat with layer 2/changing the noise % to 48/and layer 3 to 49%.

Hide layer 2 and 3 /highlight layer 1 /edit/copy merged/take to animation shop/paste as a new animation.

Go back to psp/hide layer 1/unhide layer 2/edit/copy merged/take to animation shop/paste after current frame.

Repeat with frame layer 3.

Save as gif.

Highlight background layer/paste paper13 as a new layer/repeat first mask steps/using yhour move tool,move mask to the top,left of your tag/layers/duplicate/position.

Paste glitter below mask layers.

Moving up top,paste bat1 as a new layer/resize 42%/position/dropshadow.
Paste branch1 as a new layer/resize 50%/position/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Paste haunted house below frame layer/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste the tree below the house layer/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Moving back up top/paste tube as a new layer/position/dropshadow.

Paste ghost1 as a new layer/resize 67%/position/dropshadow.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 10%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Save.

For my name,I used paper3 for fill/black on foreground.
