Vertical 3

Horizonal 3

Opacity 31

Blur 3

Canvas size:700x700

Paste ele 4(frame)as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6

Paste paper 7 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down/dropshadow

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 11/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 31

Ele 41/resize 40%

Ele 19/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 16/resize 40%

Ele 3/resize 60%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 8/resize 62%

Ele 6/resize 45%

Tube/resize 55%

Ele 15/resize 35%/repeat resize

Ele 43/resize 45%

Ele 10/resize 40%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
