Blur 2

Canvas size:700x800

Paste ele 26 as a new layer/click inside frame with yhour magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6

Paste paper 17 below the frame layer/position/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 11/resize 40%/duplicate 1 time

Ele 61/duplicate 1 time

Ele 58/resize 45%/repeat resize

Repeat with ele 34

Ele 37/resize 75%

Ele 43/resize 40%

Ele 54/resize 30%

Ele 4/resize 55%

Ele 67/resize 65%

Tube/resize 20%

Ele 63/resize 25%

Ele 48/resize 62%

Ele 38/resize 70%

Ele 41/resize 60%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 40%.

Save.
