~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Canvas size:700x700

Paste polka dot frame as a new layer/resize 30%.

Click inside largest frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 6 below layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Repeat with remaining 2 squares using paper 4 and paper 9.

Hide bottom raster layer/layers/merge/merge viawible/dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Diamond scatter/resize 40%/layers/duplicate 2 times

Branch flower/resize 35%

Calalily/resize 37%

Boxes

Rose candle/resize 70%

Love note/resize 65%

Sachet bag/resize 72%

Key/resize 70%

Heart charm/resize 70%

Big bow satin/resize 72%

Tube(0 on vertical dropshadow)

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
