**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 25
Blur 4

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete wordart and credit layers.

First we will fill in the template as follows/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selecttion/deselect/dropshadow:

Rectangles/paper 2

Dotted lines/paper 3

Stars/paper 11

Diamonds top and bottom fill/paper 25

Diamonds top and bottom/paper 13

Resize all diamond layers 15%.

Layers/merge/merge visible/make sure bottom raster layer is not merged.

Paste diamond pendant below merged layers/resize 40%/layers/duplicate 1 time/right click on copy layer/merge/merge down/click inside both circles with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 23 below layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Balloons 3/resize 45%/repeat resize

Folded heart 2/resize 75%

Wrinkly bow 3/resize 77%

Big heart 2/resize 67%/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times

Tube/resize 65%

Puppy 3/resize 80%

Butterfly 2/resize 85%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
