**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**

Dropshadow of choice.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete credit/white background(optional).

First we will fill in the template as follows/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selections/deselect/position/dropshadow:

Believe fill/paper 4

Believe outline and star frame/leave as is

Wordart/paper 9

Star fill/paper 10

Right click on believe outline/arrange/move up below star frame.

Right click on star frame/merge/merge down/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename layers B1,B2 and B3/we will come back to these later.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Flower 6/effects/mosaic antique/columns&rows 100/tile duffusion 11/grout width 9/grout diffusion 46/symmetric checked/layers/duplicate 1 time/right click on copy layer/layers/merge/merge down/right click/properties/change opacity to 50.

Flower 7/resize 20%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Folded ribbon 1/resize 15%

Flower 3/resize 50%/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times

Clip 1/resize 55%

Double bow 1/resize 70%

Butterfly 5/resize 72%/layers/duplicate 2 times

Tube/resize 30%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Highlight B1 layer/effects/dsb flux/bright noise/mixed checked at intensity at 45.

Repeat on B2 layer/intensity at 47.

Repeat on B3 layer/intensity at 49.

Highlight B1 layer/hide 2&3/edit/copy merged.

Take to AS and paste as a new animation.

Back to psp,hide B1,unhide and highlight B2/edit/copy merged/paste in AS after current frame/repeat with B3 layer.

Save as gif.
